Black Label Detailing (formerly Detail and Design and Will's Auto Detailing) provides mobile car detailing, ceramic coating and paint correction in Oregon from two locations. Our Newberg location serves Newberg, McMinnville, Dundee, Dayton, Lafayette, Carlton, Amity, Sherwood. Our Lincoln City location serves Lincoln City, Otis, Rose Lodge, Neskowin, Gleneden Beach, Lincoln Beach, Depoe Bay.

Services are performed by the local team serving your area. Each location is independently owned and operated, and your agreement is with the location that performs your service.

Booking

You book by calling or texting the location that serves your area. Newberg: (971) 287-8846 · Lincoln City: (541) 921-2576. Your appointment is confirmed once we’ve agreed on a day, a time and a service.

Pricing

All listed prices are starting prices. The final price depends on vehicle size and condition. We’ll give you a price when you book.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, text us as soon as you can. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Weather

Mobile detailing depends on the weather. If rain, wind or temperature would affect the result, we may reschedule your appointment. We’ll let you know by text as early as we can. Rescheduling for weather costs you nothing.

Vehicle condition

• Heavily soiled vehicles, such as heavy pet hair, mud, sand or excessive trash, may cost more than the starting price. We’ll tell you before doing extra work.
• Pre-existing damage, such as scratches, chips, dents, cracked trim, worn or torn upholstery, stains that won’t come out, and failing paint or clear coat, is not caused by the detail. Pre-existing damage will be noted before service. Please point out anything you’re concerned about before we start.
• Please remove personal items and valuables before your appointment. We’re not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Paint correction results

Paint correction removes swirls, light scratches and oxidation, but it can’t remove everything. Deep scratches, rock chips and damage through the clear coat can’t be polished out safely. Results depend on the condition and thickness of your paint, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Ceramic coating

Coating lifespans (3-year and 5-year) depend on proper care and normal use. Ceramic coatings don’t prevent rock chips, scratches or damage from accidents and harsh chemicals. Aftercare instructions are given when the job is done.

Payment

We accept Venmo, cash, card and check. No deposit is required. Payment is due when the job is done.

Access

You agree that we can work on the vehicle at the location you give us, and that you have permission to have the work done there.
